Not a Vegan Pose, but…
I don’t have any food to share today, but we did my first ever “fish pose” otherwise known as Matsyana1 in yoga class the other night. It looks like this:
Done correctly, it looks like an amazing lower back stretch. Done the way I did it…it doesn’t look like much, but I’m getting there. I tend to keep all my tension right in that area though, so I’m hoping with daily practice I’ll be able to get deeper into the pose soon….



i can’t remember if you were in class that day or not, but we did this with one block between the shoulder blades (gives support while opening up) and the second under the head for those who wanted more support.
OOH YES! I didn’t realize/remember what it was called. And with blocks not being offered the other day I didn’t make the connection. Thank you!!!
